“I'm pretty sure that some of the representation from West Africa will bring it up [Russia moving into some African countries] because they all have been affected by Russia's activities," AFRICOM Commander Gen. Michael Langley said.
"Russia is very stretched ... as they're doing what they're doing in Ukraine so I don't think they have a lot of bandwidth to launch new adventures in Africa," said AFRICOM commander Stephen Townsend.
